Right to Restrict Processing: Society maintains the right over the data. Said data is not shared with any third party. It is also not used for any other activities without the society members’ permission. 
Right to Data Portability: Society exercises the right over data transfer and migration. 
Right to Object: Society reserves the right to take action in case of any issues.

Overall SecurityFor data in motion (TLS), encryption is used throughout the application. Temperature Check and Mask Information at the GateGuards can check for visitors’ temperatures at entry and exit times. The same shall get reflected on the resident app for respective persons to see.

Residents’ move in and move out flow from the society is tracked. This is done with charge and a security deposit. 
Visitor Overstay Alert SystemThis feature monitors the potential overstay of delivery boys or cabs based on the number of flats they’ve requested entries for (alerts guards who acknowledge). In the overstay alert feature, mc can select a standard time for delivery boys/cabs to regulate their exit time. This is not dependent on the no. of flats
Resident-to-Resident in App CallingResidents opting for this feature can dial each others’ numbers and call each other using the app.
Guard Leaderboard-Society Guards can earn extra money by collecting reward points. They can do so by completing simple tasks like gate entry and sending out approval requests.- It is Incentivizing to do small but essential tasks.-It rewards the best performer.
Leave at the GateResidents may choose to delegate a parcel to be collected by a security guard through the photograph process which generates a collection OTP for you.
Offline Mode in Guard App All entries done and recorded within the Guard app in the absence of a cell network will still reflect as soon as the device is back online.

FeaturesDescription
Helpdesk ManagementResidents can log complaints under certain categories , sub-categories, and types, etc. They will be required to provide a description of the issue at hand and attach photos as proof to back the claim.
Complaint TrackingResidents will be able to track the status of service request tickets at different stages, including when they are in Progress, on Hold, have been Resolved, or Reopened. The updated status will be available for residents to view.
Defaulter StatusManagement can track residents who have pending dues and block them from raising service requests.
Department Control – Auto-assign featureThis feature assigns and segregates a service request to respective admin approved departments. For instance, a service request can be segregated into electrical, plumbing, etc.
Category Admin can wield the power to create categories and sub-categories. Accordingly, they can download reports of service requests against specific category and subcategory details.
Complaint Staff RosterAuthorities can mark the staff roster with planned and unplanned offs alongside holidays. They can also assign staff to a category or sub-category.
Manual Assignment
Auto assignment of work to staff members based on workload, weekly offs, and other factors, can be done. For example, if a staff member is on leave on a specific day, his/her share of work shall get auto re-assigned to  someone else.
Auto EscalationThere are 1+4 levels of escalation, starting at the Helpdesk User leading up to the Manager to reaching the Admin as per the category and timespan. Admins may configure the levels and the duration.
ResolutionResidents as well as Helpdesk User/Manager, with this feature, can resolve a ticket. Dual resolution prompts faster resolution of tickets.
ReopeningA resident can reopen a ticket if they deem it necessary, for example, if the issue persists or the resident is dissatisfied with the outcome of the resolution.
Ticket Closure Time ReportTime taken to resolve a ticket depends on the category of complaints, tower, and other factors.
Category wise ReportPerformance management of departments including electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and more, has been simplified. Societies can now track or analyse tickets as per category and keep track with the time taken to resolve the same.
Tower wise ReportPerformance management of tower staff determines SLAs and the overall performance of the staff. This further helps in determining the steps and duration between various escalation levels.
Ratings & CommentsOne can assign ratings or add comments and feedback against the service they avail, as well as for the provider.

Credit NoteYou can issue a credit note against a billing head on already issued invoices. Make sure to keep a record of credit notes in a report. Credit note record is automatically noted in the system.
